New Gluten Free Snacks in Oxford
A few weeks ago a colleague came back to the office after lunch and mentioned a new stall in Oxford's Covered Market selling "bolitas". I think he was a bit surprised when I jumped from my chair with a "Yay!" I've made these yummy Brazilian cheese breads (Pao de Queijo) at home using Isabel's mix and they're delicious, and naturally gluten free.
